Saban Family Supports Family Connection

This has been an exciting week at Family Connection.  We received a donation from the Nick's Kids Fund.  While we are always thrilled with any donation we receive, this one was very special.  In case you didn't know...the Nick in Nick's Kids is Nick Saban and since I am a big fan of the University of Alabama football - it has been an extra special blessing.   Along with the donation, we received a special hand written note from Terry Saban, which read...

"Mrs. Johnston,  Please accept this donation from Nick's Kids to help your organization do what it does best, help our great youth of Alabama.  A friend of mine spoke so highly of you and your great organization and what a positive impact it had in the life of her family member.  Thank you for all of your work and dedication to such a great cause. "

Our many thanks to the Saban family for their financial contribution and the encouraging note to keep going even when times get tough.  After all, we all need a little encouragement from a friend.  Oh, I simply cannot end this note without a big shoutout of....ROLL TIDE!
