Agency Overview
Family Connection was founded by community volunteers who opened the organization’s Attention Home over thirty years ago. Family Connection serves the community's most vulnerable children, youth and families through a Group Home and Emergency Shelter, Day Shelter and Street Outreach Program as well as other programs to provide a variety of crisis prevention and intervention programs.
Each year, Family Connection serves more than 10,000 children, teens and families through our group home for at-risk youth, runaway and homeless youth center, school based counseling, family support groups, safe sites for youth in crisis, and homeless outreach.
