Entry fee is $150/golfer
Includes:  green fee, cart, lunch, refreshments on the course, hors d’oeuvres, tee prizes, and practice balls
Mulligans-Limit two (2) per person at $10 each.
Power Drive-Limit one (1) per person at $10 each.
**May not be used at holes for prizes

10:30 AM-12:15 PM Registration, tee prizes, practice balls
11:00 AM-12:15 PM Lunch served
12:15 PM Rules and Instructions
12:30 PM Tee-off
5:00 PM Heavy Hors D’oeuvres/Prizes

Other Details:
*Scramble format with maximum 24 handicap
*Individual entries will be paired
*Field limited to 120 golfers
*Soft spikes only

Gold Level - $1,500 and up
You receive: Golf for a team of players (4)
Publicity on golf flier and newsletter (with distribution of 830), signage at tournament and listing on Family Connection’s website

Silver Level - $750 - $1,499
You receive: Golf for two players (2)
Publicity on golf flier and newsletter (with distribution of 830), signage at tournament and listing on Family Connection’s website

Bronze Level - $250 - $749
You receive: Publicity on golf flier and newsletter (with distribution of 830), signage at tournament and listing on Family Connection’s website

Tee Sponsors - $200
You receive: Signage displayed on course at tee box

Contributor - $100
You receive: Publicity on golf flier and newsletter (with distribution of 830) and contributor signage at tournament
