Family Connection is a 501(c)(3) organization under the Internal Revenue Code.  All contributions to Family Connection are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law.

Homeless Management Information System’s (HMIS) Public Notice

Continuum of Care – Program Management Information System of the Southeast (promisSE) aka Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)  We collect personal information directly from you for reasons discussed in our privacy statement. We may be required to collect some personal information by law or by organizations that give us money to operate this program. Other personal information that we collect is important to run our programs, to improve services for homeless and at-risk persons, and better to understand the needs of homeless and at-risk persons. We only collect information that we consider to be appropriate.  The collection and use of all personal information are guided by strict standards of confidentiality. A copy of our Privacy Notice describing our privacy practice is available to all clients upon request.

Family Connection’s policy is to maintain and promote facilities that provide the highest quality of services to youth regardless of their actual or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity.  Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transgendered, and Questioning (LGBTQ) youth receiving services at Family Connection shall receive fair and equal treatment without bias and professionally and confidentially based on principles of sound professional practice.
